Do you really belive not to be poor?

Often i ask myself what really means to be poor. You are always richer comparated to some, and poorer comparated to some others. Anyway what's really the difference between them. You earn 8.000€ each month, do you really belive to be rich? You are just poor.

Let's say there are 2 persons, the first one earns 1.000€ each month, the second one earns 10.000€ each month. Both of them work, they wake up at early morning, they go to the office, they come back at home late evening. They have barely the time to see their family.

The first one wants to buy a new car, he starts saving 100€ per month. The second one saves 1.000€ per month. At the end of the year the number one will have a 1.000€ worthly car and the second will have a 10.000€ worthly car. Both of them have been doing counts in their wallet, the both of them will have to renounce to something to save those money. The second one will have a better care, no doubt about it, but really where is the difference?

Now it's not only about a car, the house, the washing machine, gifts and any other kind of junk you are supposed to buy to stay updated with the consumism.

Do you really belive to be rich? For me you are both economically poor, the most you earn the most you spend, and the counts keep turning around.

But let's say the second one wants to live poor like the first one, he just can't, because since he earns a lot of money he needs to be at the same level of the peoples he knows, such as co-workers for example. He needs to buy a 2.000€ jacket, else for his co-workers he will be a man who doens't dress well.

Even if he can make it, and save money by living poor, what is he gonna do with the money he saves anyway? Is he gonna burn them? Will he just leave them to his family? The truth it's that is not what you earn what makes you rich or poor. You will live with more confort, but your life doens't really change at all. Regards.

First of all, this blog is not about the philosophy of living poor, we are not saying richs lives bad and poors live well.

There are richs that live well and poor that live well. There are also richs that live bad and poors that live bad.

Who comes to this blog it's not for read stuffs like "the life of a rich man is horrible, poors live much better", or "the poors are more happy than the richs" and other silly stuffs.

We don't want even to say that peoples should try to become rich, everybody does whatever they want, as long they can.

I belive nobody is happy to be broken, and i doubt someone would be happy checking for the new expansive junks you are supposed to need in order to look cool.

This blog usually translate or copy other peoples articles by giving the fonts when it's possible. The articles are usually written by peoples that were or are poor.

This blog goes for the peoples who would like to save money in a good way by learning from poors.

It's not a blog for poors only, even peoples with money may find many interesting articles. At all, saving money is almost an art.
